Web Lead Administrator required in Johannesburg.
The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated individual who will be the primary contact for incoming web leads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong product knowledge
- Understand customer requirements
- Respond with urgency and accuracy to incoming leads
- Prepare quotes, technical information
- Track open leads
- Follow up and close leads within a reasonable time
- Effective handover
- Flag potential linkages to build customer loyalty
- Provide backup to internal sales
- Manage the company chat line
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualificaiton in Marketing / Administration / Finance would be beneficial
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Advanced computer literate – MS Office – strong Excel
- Syspro or similar system desirable
- Salesforce desirable
- Bilingual
- Detailed oriented
- Sense of urgency
- Pride in work
- Able to work under pressure and deal with difficult customers

- Experience working in service industry
