Care Call Retail & Distribution Services is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or other support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Identify and diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Previous technical support or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good computer literacy and technical knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work weekends where required.
Pay: R5 048,38 - R8 000,00 per month
