Professional sales role. KPI-driven. Zero tolerance for excuses.
We are hiring experienced outbound sales agents to work with cold leads and close sales by script. This role requires discipline, focus, and respect for process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Execute high-volume outbound calls daily
2. Sell products strictly according to company script
3. Maintain accurate and honest CRM records
4. Meet and exceed sales KPIs
5. Accept call monitoring, quality checks, and performance reviews.
This role is NOT for you if -
You dislike cold calling
- You struggle with structure, scripts, or CRM systems
- You believe targets are “unfair”
- You expect motivation instead of accountability
Ideal candidate profile
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience
- Clear English pronunciation and confident tone
- Ability to influence, not just “read” High personal responsibility and work ethic
- Comfortable working under pressure and control systems
