Coffee Shop Location: Hillcrest/Upper Highway Area, Durban

Manager Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Coffee Shop Manager to lead our in-store coffee shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, food quality, team leadership, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations of the coffee shop and seating area

· Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.

· Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage and supplier deliveries

· Ensure correct merchandising and attractive product displays

· Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

· Control costs & GP margins

· Ensure compliance with health, safety and food regulations

· Assist with menu ideas, promotions and seasonal offerings

Minimum Requirements

· Previous experience managing a coffee shop, café, deli or restaurant

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast- paced retail environment

· Knowledge of stock control and food safety procedures

· Basista experience advantageous

· Computer literacy and administration skills beneficial

· Must be reliable, organised and customer- focused

· Willing to work retail hours, weekends and holidays
