Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in product planning and brainstorming sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: R16 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
