Job Description
STYLE is seeking to employ a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the store.
The Sales Assistant position will also be responsible for providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping,latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver superior levels of customer service
- Handle point-of-sale transactions for customer purchases
- Drive sales growth through proactive product recommendations
- Maintain floor readiness by replenishing new merchandise
- Manage accurate pricing and visual display standards
- Assist management with daily operational requirements
- Safeguard and track all store assets and equipment
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Understand and work towards periodic sales objectives
- Execute strategies to mitigate stock shrinkage
Qualifications
- Grade 12
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in similar environment
- Computer literate
- Ability to function effectively under pressure
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in technology and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication
