Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences in our client's casual premium restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
  • Serve food and drinks to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary:

  • R32 per hour (max 144 hours) + tips and allowances
