Safety Signs & Equipment is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining warehouse operations, administration, and customer order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately.
• Arrange and manage courier collections and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Sort and organize stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with stock control and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with general operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with warehouse duties.
• Previous warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or administrative experience will be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
Weekends: Closed
