Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive and friendly shopping experience at all till points.
Accurately process all till transactions in accordance with company policies, including various payment methods.
Promote Woolworths loyalty programs and additional services such as utility bill payments and airtime sales.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised till area adhering to all shopkeeping disciplines.
Ensure pricing accuracy by carefully checking scanned items against shelf tickets and resolving discrepancies.
Minimise shrinkage by adhering to loss prevention procedures and promptly reporting any irregularities or suspicious activity.
Demonstrate basic product knowledge to assist customers and support promotional events and special store campaigns.
Remain calm and efficient under pressure, managing time effectively during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
Exhibit honesty, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions, while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.
