Remote Sales Assistant (UK Hours)

Working Hours (UK Time – Must Be Adhered To)

Monday – Friday

1:00pm – 9:00pm (UK Time)

40 hours per week

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coaching, outstanding customer service and a fantastic experience for every child and family that joins us. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident individual to join our team as a Remote Sales Assistant.

The Role

This is a remote, sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for managing enquiries from parents who are interested in our football programmes.

Our marketing team generates enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Google and our website. Your role is to contact those parents, answer their questions, build confidence in our programmes and guide them towards booking a trial or becoming a member.

This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with families who have already expressed an interest in BB Soccer.

Success in this role comes from building rapport, communicating professionally, following up consistently and confidently handling objections to help families make the right decision for their child.

Alongside sales, you'll also provide administrative support to ensure every enquiry is tracked and managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new enquiries promptly via telephone/CRM
  • Speak with parents about our football programmes and membership options
  • Convert enquiries into trial bookings and memberships
  • Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Confidently handle questions and objections
  • Follow up with parents who have not yet booked
  • Leave clear and professional voicemail messages when required
  • Update our CRM system with accurate notes and outcomes
  • Manage spreadsheets and customer records
  • Complete general administrative tasks
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting or a similar role
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working towards booking and conversion targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets and CRM systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet home working environment suitable for taking calls
  • Ability to work the stated UK hours without exception
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
