Job Purpose:
To detail, sell and train Haemodialysis products.
Key Job Outputs:
- To meet sales budgets, implement market strategies and grow existing business
- To analyse customer base and identify key influential customers
- To handle and overcome product related objections
- To manage customer satisfaction and expectations
- Identify and analyse competitor information; analyse and identify gaps in the market
- Compile and disseminate territory reports with action plans on identified short comings
- Help give practitioner training within their therapeutic areas
- Communicate product specific information and ensure monthly budget is exceeded
- Submit variance reports with expenses
- Conduct In Service Training (IST’S) in hospitals dialysis units
- Arrange CME meetings for the HCP
- Submit monthly activity report with following information:
- Days in the field
- Specific to needs of individual customers
- Competitors information and activities
- Strategy feedback
- Training need identified
- Planning and Organising
- Following Instructions and Procedures
- Deciding and Initiating Action
- Verbal and written communication skills

- Manage Expenses
Required Learning and Experience:
- Relevant diploma in General/ Renal Nursing / Renal Technology Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Nephrology experience
- Minimum 3-year experience in specialized Renal Nephrology / Renal Technical Equipment
- Driver’s licence
- Computer Literacy i.e. MS word, excel, pp, etc
- Sales experience (recommended)
- Advance Wound Care & Ostomy experience/understanding will be an advantage
