ROLE SUMMARY:


The Marketing & Customer Acquisition team strives to deliver effective lead generation, brand, communications, enrolment, and retention activity. The priority focus for this team is on driving student admissions and building our brand reputation of Excellence for our portfolio of schools.


Reporting to the Global Head of Creative the Creative Lead is responsible for building and maintaining their teams projects through high level content across all available platforms. They will oversee all content-related material on and offline across varied projects across multiple schools within their teams work group whilst managing their own specific work flow.


This role manages all related creative and direct team projects.


The development of that team unit and the execution of their content strategy through ideas generation and a drive to create outstanding creative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead content teams and oversee the creation, distribution and optimisation of engaging, high-quality content.

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all channels.

  • Analyse audience insights, conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform content and creative direction.

  • Develop innovative creative concepts and communicate ideas through mood boards, storyboards and visual presentations.

  • Oversee the advertising and creative production process, ensuring the effective delivery of marketing assets.

  • Collaborate with clients, the Creative Director, writers, marketers and other stakeholders to develop and present creative concepts.

  • Manage team resources and project budgets, working within established marketing budgets and ensuring measurable return on investment.

  • Identify and coordinate internal and external creative resources, including content specialists and photographers, as required.

  • Utilise relevant creative software and AI tools to enhance ideation, content development and production efficiency.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Senior-level industry experience within an agency or brand environment.

  • Team and project management experience, with a strong understanding of production processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of AI tools.
