We post written business / entrepreneurship content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Regularly reaching 100's of thousands of readers per post.

Over the years we've built a very specific voice and a repeatable system for producing content that gets attention, gets shared, and drives business results.

We're now looking for someone who can learn that system cold and write in our voice so well that nobody can tell the difference.

This is a ghostwriting role. Your job isn't to sound like you. It's to sound like us.

What the role is:

• Learn the voice. We'll train you. You'll get a full multi-lesson course on exactly how we write, plus a library of our published posts to study and model. Your first job is to absorb this until writing in our style feels natural.
• Source the stories. We have a specific method for finding story subjects worth writing about. We'll show you how we do it so you can copy the process and bring us a steady flow of great candidates.
• Write and schedule. You'll write the posts in our voice and schedule them into LinkedIn, Facebook, and our newsletter. This is the day-to-day engine of the role. Consistent, on-voice content going out across all three channels.

The writing style:

The style is very specific: short sentences, present-tense energy, literal and visual detail, and a hook with a genuine curiosity gap that lands in the first line.

You compress a story down to only the 1% that matters. If it wouldn't make it into the Hollywood movie, it doesn't make it into the post. One subject. One arc. One payoff.

If your samples read like news article, this isn't for you.

Short version: We take one real person, one clear turning point, and one impressive outcome. And we make it impossible to stop reading. Shortlisted candidates will get a real sample of our writing to model from.

You're a fit if you...

• Have written story-driven copy or long-form social content that actually performed (LinkedIn posts, Facebook posts, newsletters, threads, short-form scripts)
• Can write a hook with a genuine curiosity gap that pulls the reader into the first line
• Can compress a complex story down to only the beats that matter, without losing the emotional arc
• Write in a punchy, conversational, present-tense voice. not corporate, not press-release
• Enjoy the research side: digging up interesting people and stories, verifying the key facts, and spotting which ones will land
• Are coachable and genuinely want to write in someone else's voice rather than your own
• Are reliable with deadlines and comfortable scheduling content across platforms

Bonus points:

• Experience ghostwriting for a personal brand or founder
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook, and newsletter/email platforms and their scheduling tools

Deliverables & process

• We provide the training: a full course on our voice, our frameworks and templates, and a library of ~100 posts to model.
• We show you our story-sourcing method so you can find subjects on your own.
• You deliver ongoing batches of posts written in our voice and schedule them into LinkedIn, Facebook, and our newsletter.
• We'll start with a paid trial batch to make sure the voice match is there before committing to ongoing work.
