Poor bridging between departments mostly operating as induvidual Sylos.
Objectives and goals by internal departments were not aligned with the sales departments to achieve overal sales targets and goals. Great place to work at if you have a good manager
Great benefits and work/life balance but some managers were a bit difficult to work with. Rigid internal systems made it difficult to service key accounts and limit business development. 3M distributors did a better job the 3MService supervisor in JHB, Gauteng
