It was nice to work as part of a bigger team and feel included in decisions and planning. I felt valued and that my contribution mattered; I was promoted in my first 6 months and if circumstances were different, I would have loved to stay on.

:( Local management

The company took a different direction. Loads of internal conflict between Global and Local management. No Support form Local Management. Still enjoyed my work though
