Company headquartered in the US and my field of work was managed from U.K. (EMEA). Company took over BKS Group was focused on Engineering in the South African market. The strategy of company appears to be training and appointment of your younger people.

Good company & working environment

I enjoyed the 18 years working for this company, as I was provided with many challenges & opportunities to enhance my knowledge in the payroll and accounting field. The payrolls for other African countries, significantly increased my awareness of the differing statutory requirements. All in all, my time spent here was productive, educational and enjoyable.

Excellent large scale experience

I enjoyed my time there though the opportunities to grow to higher levels are impacted by the companies firm structures. Its great for ealry to mid career individual who would gain valuable insight and hone his/ abilities

I learned a lot, the co-workers are very frindly and helpful as well as the management. The most enjoyable part was there is staff meeting every month where everyone get to engage with the management and suggest work enviroment, team building exercises and so on.
