Productive workplace

It was nice to work as part of a bigger team and feel included in decisions and planning. I felt valued and that my contribution mattered; I was promoted in my first 6 months and if circumstances were different, I would have loved to stay on.
Pros
Communication from the top down was excellent
Cons
Remote working was not an option
