Demotivating work environment at the time
I have a problem with management who has an element of favoritism and lack of motivation for staff. I truly loved my job at Business Bank, but the level of favoritism was a bit too much to accept and deal with.

Job instability due to continuous restructuring and retrenchments. Pros- great work place for cross cultural communication across UK and African countries. Cons- Retrenchments on a continuous basis (2 years in a row) during my service. Due to the above, no increases, no bonus, no work and family life balance.
