Collaborate team. High level of information sharing meaning good socialization into the organization. Employees very friendly and high level of team work and knowledge sharing amongst colleagues. Good market related salary offered to employees.
The employees are well trained and professional. Friendly environment. Management here is also good there are policies and procedures that we must follow. The hardest part of the job is being unable to help difficult clients. The most enjoyable part is helping people with their needs.
Working for ABSA has been exceptionally rewarding, the growth accorded to employees and the amount of support is truly priceless. I came to this company not knowing a lot about KYC and compliance but to this day i can take on any KYC role and excellm at it. thank you ABSA
Day at work was about attending to walk in clients in the branch at the customer services area, this included issuing debit and credit cards,resolving queries on customer accounts. I had learned how to deal with customers Management had good leadership qualities and supportive The workplace culture was about respect I enjoyed assisting customers

Having to work without resources. Depressing place to work for. Favoritism Racism is the worst in the whole organisation. Pros Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. Esp the HR Cons Nobody followed professional ethics.HR never turned up to office and thinks herself as the boss.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership, who spent more money on travel than employee development, a big story teller and non-performer. Advice to Management company is shut down only because of this worst management. pls change your attitude.atleast employees will survive
