If a person would enter the banking industry for experience it's worth giving it a shout but wouldn't recommend banking for more than 3 years. The banking industry tends to eat you up but yet makes u stronger as its sales driven and its customers are hard but through experience you learn to adjust and cope.

The work was monotonous but the culture of the workplace was very friendly. The fun committee made sure to keep things interesting at work. There were regular growth discussions and management had open door policy. There was always opportunity for growth if pushed yourself hard enough. Recognition was given for great work done

assisting walk in clients with general bank enquiries, I’ve initiated and grew deeper with my skills because I’ve gotten used to working in a fast-paced
environment and that had highly developed my ability to be good in planning, organizing and

being focused when pressure arises. I carry out tasks in a thorough, precise manner and meet

challenges head-on finding ways to effectively complete multiple tasks.

Management have been helpful specially regarding my growth and seeing the potential in me.
