Stressful at times but fun as well

Great people as well as management at blu. Great culture at blu. Some clients can be very stressful but enjoyed my 7 years at adcorp blu. Would recommend any person to apply for a Job

Could work in group with local staff and management

I was happy at Adcorp BLU despite that I was under the salary line but I was loyal and very commited to my company Management and staff could count on me as administrator I would prefer any one to the company Unfortunately I have been retrenched after 7 years

horrible place

worst place ever worked for . they rob u off ur overtime moneys . they also place you on sites were u are verbally abused n not respected . they also make u work a long shift from 5am to 7pm n then dnt pay ur overtime

working with foklift is exciting

i learnt how to work under pressure and how to operate the machines and how to work with other people hand in hand or as a team.another thing i gained is to be always early at work and make sure after im done working i do housekeeping,

I learned more about Logistics Operations

Being able to Operate Lifting Machinery, Work culture, how to get well organised, self-discipline and motivation. Learnt inventory, picking, packing, Despatch, receiving, loading and unloading trucks using forklift

I didn't learn nothing to them because they have inequality when it comes to promotion their process they look colour of skin.if they give promotion to black they take time to increase your money but if there's white Sametime they increase the money its unfair

productive it was not fun

It was not fun at all,i was treated like a nobody.there were no off days exept that there were no production in the factory.Everybody was rude nobody was friendly.

Adcorp blu Is an agency who looks work for you for free there is no upfront payment like other agency. The sites agency is fun and loving and very understandable people to work with.

A very good environment to work in... but different types of environments in terms of client visits. Very exiting, upbringing and ecouraging.

Adcorpblu is a much developing company when it comes to it's employees and temp workers. Trainings and other necessary developments are offered to empower employees.

Adcorp Blu is a company that provides contractual employees to Large Companies

I am currently employed as the Assistant Homologation Controller. My typical day consists of putting together all the required legal and safety documentation together when Volkswagen wishes to sell any new vehicle model derivative. This information is then sent to the South African Government's National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications Department for approval, and once approved the vehicles are able to be sold and registered. The most difficult part of the job is becoming familiar with many Regulations, and finding all the technical information required for each homologation application. I have learnt so much, and the most enjoyable part of the job for me is that there are very few people who actually become involved in this particular field in the Automotive Industry. I also deal with the New Zealand, Australian, and British authorities when South Africans emigrate and wish to take their vehicles with them.

I have a good job, which requires a reasonably high level of competency, that I enjoy very much.

Cons

It is a contractual position, and we have no benefits, such as medical insurance, a Pension fund or a 13th cheque.

Unfair

I work through the night three nights a week, the other days I work late - I was promised an increase when I changed positions but this has still not happened and I was told that it cant happen anymore.

exciting yet draining but productive

Its an exhausting,fun and pressuring environment non understanding individuals but worth your time end of the day.It has long hours and working during holidays you are told that you will be working they are very strict when it comes to absenteeism which is good for a person who's at work when required.
