Compile function sheet / project plan for entire event from Graphic Design to rollout  Theme conceptualisation and creative brainstorm prior to the event  Décor: theme conceptualisation, briefing suppliers, supervision on the day and creating décor elements  Client and supplier liaison  Source venues and complete bookings  Catering: menu planning and rollout  Technical: AV and PA  Invitations: conceptualisation, design briefing, approval and rollout  Presentation design and creation  Event communication, email and print  Gifts: sourcing, purchasing and packaging of all gifts  Budgets: Updating budget with all costing involved, and budget management throughout the project  Table planning and rollout  Invoicing  Post-Event: manage all potential post event communication and surveys Marketing co-ordination  Market Research depending on the requirements of the business  Creating and sending out online surveys  Conceptualisation and distribution of print media marketing: Posters, flyers, business cards, brochures, banners, T-shirts  Branding: sourcing, purchasing, distribution of all corporate gifts for internal brands assisting with promotional activities  Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients  Handle marketing related administrative requests and queries from senior managers  Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

This is a good company to start off your career in recruitment as the training is excellent and it is very goal focused, but it is not a company where a person can stay in for the long term. The business model is very short sighted and focusses on immediate placements rather than building relationships with clients. Because there is such a focus on cold calling, many clients are harassed by the recruiters and do not want to do business with them. The client retention is not great, making it harder to get business and to make money. There is money to be made, but the majority of the consultants don't see it. This is an environment where a lot is expected of you, with very little reward.

things can change at any moment and you have to be able to adapt. You have to work long hours to be ontop of things. You need to be able to manage yourself. Its a very cut throat enviroment Things can change at any time The rush of it all is exciting

Management is disrespectful to staff. They treat employees like dirt. Expect you to work 12hour shifts in a 8 hour day. All expectations are outrageous.
