The most useful review selected by IndeedI really enjoyed working there. The salary structure is great for a sales representative. You get incentives and it’s great working environment overall.

Management has no ethics
IT Support Technician (Current Employee) - Florida, Gauteng - 16 April 2021
The business does as they please, they don’t consider the employees at all. They just fire not suspend without investigations and no feedback is provided to employees

Bad employee management
Remote Sales Agent (Former Employee) - Benoni, Gauteng - 11 April 2021
Life’s fun only during training period, the trainers do try their best to make sure that they keep to their end of the bargain in full. When finally doing practical work, the supervisors need to learn to respect people and be empathetic.
Pros
Remote work available
Cons
Long hours and bad leads

Poor management
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Flora center - 9 March 2021
They promise you a basic salary only to find that it's a performance incentive paid to you after 2months while working there,2 weeks of training without any pay. There's no basic there, they are selling a dream, reality kicks in after you have signed the contract.

Not a nice company to work for at all
Senior Credit Controller (Former Employee) - Benoni, Gauteng - 3 December 2020
Since I was selected by a team, my first thoughts and impressions was that I was going to be extremely happy in my new position which was a senior position. When I started working for Affinity health, I was so disgusted at the vulgarities against the most senior executives. Not to mention the use of language, the level of disrespect and the fact that managers allow certain members of staff to take 3 hour lunch breaks because those people are referred to as the manager's favourites?? I have never worked for a more degrading, disgusting company in my life. I was taught morals and values - and clearly nobody else in the company has morals and values to bad mouth their senior executive staff. I would not recommend working for this company at all!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there
Sales consultant (Former Employee) - Florida, Gauteng - 28 September 2020
Affinity employs Team leader who don't have any experience whatsoever, they don't have any team leader skills and even their management sucks. They are very unprofessional and secretive. They provide consultants with kak leads and have duplicates of people that have the cover already but you still call the same people. Their QA doesn't evaluate calls and they activate policies that don't have a beneficiary but they still debit clients. Affinity health sells people lies before they start to work there. It's a scam company.

The company still has some racial tentacles
Claims Administrator (Former Employee) - Benoni, Gauteng - 5 May 2020
PLEASE be advised that if a person of minority gets to he given a chance if he or she is found quilty of any offence within the company and he or she will be assisted to be better but the people of majority get to be used as pawn in the sick game of firing and hiring with the lowest pay available to destroy your pride.

Im a very hard worker and love to smile when im at work
Factory Assistant (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 9 February 2020
Working at Affinity Health was a really great experience for me ,working with people who love to teach me more about the job, how every machine works in the factory .
I am a very inquisitive person i always want to know more about the type of job im doing and the machines im operating.
The parts i enjoy the most is when we all under presure and in the factory the only thing you hear is the sounds of the grinders ,some will be cutting ,some will be drilling and others would be welding slowly assembling the project,we used to work as a team but my hard work caused h hatred amoungst us work mates

No growth
Provider Network Agent and Forensic Officer (Current Employee) - RYNFIELD , GAUTENG - 11 December 2019
I'd rather not say much but besides the fact that there is no growth or job security at affinity health , that could be due to the company being fairly new in the industry
