Poor management
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Flora center - 9 March 2021
They promise you a basic salary only to find that it's a performance incentive paid to you after 2months while working there,2 weeks of training without any pay. There's no basic there, they are selling a dream, reality kicks in after you have signed the contract.

Nice company , I have learnt how to deal with different people talking different languages, I have learnt a lot about time management , management is very helpful , the hardest part was working on commission only and if your clients don't pay you don't get paid .
