Care giver (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 21 March 2021
Afrika Tikkun their manager is hiring by favor and they don't follow protocol in most cases. I once work there as EPWP with my grade 12 certificate that i passed with flying color. And there where learnership for social auxiliary worker. I was the write person for that position by they took candidate with no matric . It hurt me but thought my turn will come. Another opportunity for ECD and CYD come and by that time was working at ECD they didn't even appoint me again.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Long hours with no pay

Sports coach (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 25 November 2020
A typical day at Afrika tikkun is when you are from the field and you come back tired and you still have to do afternoon class. How are you doing it have consumed a lot in the field of sport's and team building activities. The management at Afrika tikkun is welcoming and always looking for the best in there employees. When we gave team building activities and get to know some individuals who we are not in the same department.
Pros
