Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) - Germiston, Gauteng - 3 March 2022
You work during your lunch breaks and tea time to prove you are worthy for permanent position yet you are promised a permanent position but let you go without any explanation. I worked weekends which was not in my contract went to so many interviews for permanent position but my effort and hardworking didn't pay off at the company.

Afrox makes you feel relaxed while working no pressure and always getting support from supervisor and senior management. When it was time for them to give you promotion they would do so.

CO2 Plant Superintendent (Former Employee) - Mossel Bay , South Africa - 1 February 2019
On production site a very hands on job of checking production, quality, checking daily collections, liasing with suppliers on raw supply interuptions. creating jobcards for daily maintenance tasks for artisans. Do daily production reports and raising non- conforming reports if necessary. Plant was 24/7 production site and was controlled by PLC. Was also monitored from other sites. Available for call-outs after hours for plant interuptions.

Productive and fun workplace
storeman (Former Employee) - Kimberley, Northern Cape - 6 September 2018
Day to day routine is basically attending customers and serve them, replenishing from stockroom to the floor and unpacking the stock upon arrival. Management was good intact quiet helpfull at times. The hardest part was stocktaking, not that hard just challenging. The most enjoyable part of the job is working directly with your customers and building a relationship with them, basically knowing your customer and their needs.
Pros
One hour lunch
Cons
Sumtyms long hours but you get paid overtime

Member of the Linde Group (Former Employee) - Gauteng - 28 November 2017
Working in a busy team. A supportive team ethos on the shop floor helps to create a good atmosphere for customers. Successful retail businesses depend on different teams working well together, so think both about your role in your team and how others in different teams depended on your work

Friendly workplace
Administration (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, GP - 20 April 2014
A typical day at work would be that I retrieve the files that are needed from a file room the bottom side of the company and update its' information.
What I learned was that each day I was employed, hard work was definitely needed from my output everyday in order to complete the job I went there to do.
The hardest part of the job was to carry cases of files from the far end of the company to the working environment I was situated at.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the documents that I had to copy almost everyday.
Pros
Well-made lunches
Cons
Long exhausting working hours
