Pleasant working conditions, organised, and you are busy. They give lots of work and opportunities. They support your endeouvours, ambitions, and goals and they book you for many shifts. You only have to work for thew days you can and are not forced to do what you don't want to do.

Freedom to organise your schedule.

Cons

The days are long, but pass quickly.
