Log in and start taking calls. Customers dont realise what you have done for mthem and give you negative ratings. No backup from management. A lot of training for roles you dont even get to do. No communication at all from management.
Long shifts exploit staff
I loved Amazon. It was a great company to work for with many amazing people from all over that you get to work with. The downside was the salary, I just could not afford to stay with the company on the salary I was getting, however, they do pay for your medical aid with discovery as well as your home internet here in South Africa up to a certain amount. If the salary was better I would have stayed on.
Shift work and long hours
I feel like if I go back to Amazon, my soul will honestly die. The work arena in this company is really a vacuum for the soul. It feels like a never ending hamster wheel. I think it's a good means to an end for like money vibes. Additionally, the business model is good but jinne, the job or perhaps the way operations are carried out along with needle in a haystack good managers; the work environment is poes. I don't believe that anyone who is still there is truly happy. I hold that it's a hard environment to feel encouraged and motivated to work in over time.. I think in some ways it mirrors George Powell's Animal Farm.
Free transport, health insurance, potential to earn more
You can burn out, poor management, shadow politics and negative energy, unexciting after a while
Working at Amazon was a fun and productive work space and really felt like it was a place that you have made new family members Growth was fast if you are a committed individual and self motivation is key Always keeping yourself educated and up to date with what's new would help you work well with customers and to keep that ongoing customer relationship witcustomers
It was best working environment. The assistance from Management was always available. We had fun activities at work. We were also encouraged to grow.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
I worked for Amazon as a CSA for a good 4 months. Had the best time of my working experience. Learned a whole lot during the time. I had two skills besides my primary skill. Which is was a good opportunity for me. I would love to work for the company again. I believed I would grow within the business. I had so many interests in it. Wwll

Extreme long hours, not ime for family
Problems are easily dealt with due to the system being easy to navigate and allows you to go above and beyond for your customer. We could provide the best customer experience to customers without a managers authorization. the workplace was a pleasant place to be in, it was relaxed yet competitive. What i loved was that we could take time off from your work day if need be.
You were able to take time off during your work day if needed.
