Relaxed place to work at, fun and exciting. However there's no growth

It's a beautiful place to work and be for 8 hours a day, if only management was treating their employees the same and doesn't make it obvious to those they don't like. It hurts to put in so much time and effort but no recognition. I will forever be grateful for the experience and opportunity I got to work there. If it were up to me i would like to retire there. Even if there's no growth ,the salary is good

Fun workplace

I feel blessed to have worked at Anway The Amway Global leadership course which is offered through Davenport university was enhancing . It gave managers skills to lead, motivate and persuade smartly in a work place .Exposure to foreign affiliates, to foreign culture made work life interesting at Amway.

All is good with the company, however I need growth and New exprience with challanges New enviroment to grow I servise my client on a dailr basis, by interaceing with all caltures My main focus dairly is to make sure that i assist my client with a warm and friendly servise so.

Good Place to work for

Start at 10 and end at 7 that I need to understand the Frustrated customers well mananged we are a team Is when we dont understand an Irrate customer and they screaming at us when you helping a new customer and they leave your desk happy

Amway is simply the best and most rewarding business opportunity in the world today

At work I constantly learn something new everyday. Assisting staff members with questions regarding the system we use makes my day interesting. In essence I enjoy training people and transfer knowledge. Hardest part is that I'm consistently busy which means most I forget to have lunch. I enjoy being of service to external and internal customers alike

Great Business and working enviroment

Everyday was a productive hard working day at work. Acquired extensive knowledge in customer service. Management strived to get the best out of their workers. Great co-workers who were always willing to assist we needed. There were no hard part of the job. Reaching and making our month-end targets

It's nice to work here but sometimes you need change and experience another environment

Enjoyable part is when i'm dealing with clients over the phone and solving their queries. When the staff are not answer their phone and the clients get angry on me. I have learned a lot how to deal with difficult clients over the phone and face to face. I went for a customer services so that i will know how to handle clients. Co workers sometimes they difficult not to corporate as a team. I'm willing to help them with no bad attitude. Management they are good because if you have a problem you wellcome to speak with them and solve it.

sometimes we get free lunches.

Cons

when it's month end we work long hours to finish up our month end.
