Great work environment but low pay

Fun projects and interesting work. I value that more than compensation but after researching the pay was under by 10%+. Its a great firm to get your first start. Mid-level is a challenge for promotions.

Varied workload, good colleagues.

Good place to work, supportive colleagues. Career progression can be dependent on projects you have the opportunity to get involved with and who your line manager is.

Woke Company

Corporate North America is full of a bunch of woke she/her he/him weirdos. Lack of transparency, project managers lie and cause massive problems on the field level.

People First Employer

ARCADIS is a great people first company that encourages growth and has many opportunities worldwide you can apply for. It is a young and vibrant work place with a focus on sustainability.

Immensely stressful and emotionally draining from unnecessary drama.

Great Salary and Benefits

The management are very friendly and approachable. They will not make you feel they are above you. The salary is quite high as compared to local companies. All employees are very welcoming and supportive.

Good work culture and definitely better than most local companies. Onboarding process could be better and a lot of your experience will be dependent on your manager.

Fine for fresh grads but beware

No sense of direction, no career growth, leadership team does not know how to lead (GSSC). From what I saw many of the outstanding workers left due to no career growth and lack of direction from leadership

Good benefits

The company provides fair benefits aside from government mandatory benefits, they also provides HMO, perf. Base bonuses, incentives, trainings and seminars.

This company is diverse

So far is ok .Time is flexible. Work from home option. Sometimes free food. Good management. Not sure what else to talk about Arcadis. Maybe need more benefits

Great workplace culture

Hybrid setup; project accounting overview and billing process were discussed in trainings; new learnings from new challenges discovered almost daily; the volume of work is manageable; the company highly trusts the integrity of the employees; you’ll feel belong in the team even if most of the time you work from home

Company is okay, Team leads except my lead is not okay

Good company, people first but some team leads like my lead doesn't apply this company vision and values. Hope there is an improvement when selecting the leads.

Good Place to Learn

I learned a lot in terms of technical skills. I was given the opportunity to work on challenging projects. All my co-workers were easy to work with and are very much approachable.

The office location is great. The workplace is great to learning environment. The employees were nice. The culture is very casual. It was a fun experience.

Great work philosophy and environment which people inside tend to ruin

Arcadis has great approach to work and dealing with its people but its leaders tend to destroy the ideals by treating people as numbers to push their targets
