Working at avbob was fun the environment was Good lovely people in my department i enjoyed my work it was challenging because i had to be a very fast typer but i managed you get individual attention if you dont understand some of the work so overall working at avbob was amazing
I feel can be so much that can brew done to secure or improve the life of employees at avbob, the company is a great company but it has lot of gaps, to grown and communication with management level is Zero. After 100 years of Services you would think Avbob system is reach but not still lot of challenges company is going through, I think collaboration with Employees will help the company
The come you can dream of working for, I regret the day I resigned from this company. They invest in the employees exp if your permanent. Commission structure is also good. Basic is also good. Good environment to work. It feels home when working for Avbob
Not very happy with the working ethics. Virtually impossible to achieve a bonus and promises made are not kept. Not motivating. It is a nice environment to work in although there is very little room for growth. They ask you to achieve goals, to make the required salary and then you don't receive feedback when you do and neither do you get the salary promised.
not working holidays
Virtually impossible to secure a bonus
To work with clients you need to be humbled, good kind and understand the value of the clients and company's vision,it is important to satisfied clients with your products you sell and the image of the company will arise smoothly.
working at your own time
earning via commission
A pleasant atmosphere where people really care. Strong value system and disciplined approach where the client always comes first but not to the expense of the employee,
Safe secured job environment
Parking and situation of building in the CBD area.
Integrated Property and Facilities Management. I had a national portfolio. I was responsible for all property and facilities functions and operation on fixed properties. The company has many owned properties that required full compliance to maintain is status as the Number One Rated Funeral Service Provider in Southern Africa.
Acceptable Annual Salary Increases based on Performance
CFO did not approve of my management style. She started micro-managing me.
The job is very difficult but it is fun. there are a lot of opportunities to learn and meet new people. the difficult part is that the salary is commission based and you end up paying back the money that you have earned
salary is commission based
Avbob its a great company you can work for,it has great benefit for worker, and provide excellent service for client, management is amaizing, security is good, and I learned so much especially about how to handle clients and provide a excellent service, and avbob allow you to work at home, about the hardest part of the job is when I'm suppose to bring new business in the company and finding it a bit difficult to do so,and when my cases lapses because I'll have to pay back the commission I received for that business
You can work at home
The job I am currently working at is versatile because you are working as your own boss as you have to manage your time, manage your diary to make sure you honour clients appointments. I have learnt to be more resilient, patient, to manage time wisely as often times you make an appointment with a client only to find that upon arrival the client is either at the meeting or has changed his mind about taking up a policy. The challenges that I have come to realize is that you have to use your own petrol and airtime to make appointments and visit clients, also getting rejections from potential clients. The biggest challenge are the lapses when the client can no longer pay the premiums. This challenges have built my character. The most part I enjoy about this job is that you get to meet different clients and build enduring customer relationships
Lapses from clients that dont pay their premiums
