Fast- paced and productive enviroment

Great working environment with perks and recognition for achievement. Training and development keeps one in touch and abreast of the market. Given space and assistance to excpand one's client bade and outreach. Proud to refer clients to our effective administration team in the background.

Avbob has a high level of expectation yet they not deliver on their part on time.

Working there taught me independence, being flexible and thinking on my feet all the time as it's a pre requisite for proper customer service delivery

Got to learn more about the sales industry. Avbob is definitely here for you. The management is always there to assist. The commission structure is very reasonable and fair. The avbob products are affordable and easy to sell.

it was difficult first but i gained a lot of expirience

Firstly it was hardt to work for the company because I was not familiar to sales. but as time goes on my colleagues show me how to deal with clients. .

At Avbob you earn as you work.

I am a patient person who is able to work under pressure. Ever willing to take challenges and challenging jobs. I’m good in both team work as well as working on my own. I have a good communication and and computer skills.

Productivity and fun enviroment

A typical day at work would be to go to markets of my choice or the ones that i have been allocated by my manager. I would probably visit two to three markets before noon prospecting for most of the day. Then go to the office to capture the business i have for the day. Follow up on queries. Do lead and follow up. I have learned to be responsible and productive since this is commission only job. There's a strong culture of productivity. The hardest part of the job is when u don't have leads and don't have to start for the day. The most enjoyable part of the job is that its flexible in terms of time management and there's no limit of commission to be made,

Fun to work with

Working for avbob exposed me to meet and interact with different culture ,people and clients. I enjoyed working with them. I travelled to different places to look for new business which means having to meet diverse cultural activities and people we would go to different ivents in search of new business .

Good workplace and friendly people

Avbob its a great company you can work for,it has great benefit for worker,and provide excellent service for client,management is amaizing,security is good,and I learned so much especially about how to handle clients and provide a excellent service,and avbob allow you to work at home,about the hardest part of the job is when I'm suppose to bring new business in the company and finding it a bit difficult to do so,and when my cases lapses because I'll have to pay back the commission I received for that business

Presentations were my best!

The day at work was so interesting and challenging because each day I was expected to have a client signed deal. I have learned how to interact with different types of personalities on a daily basis. The management was good. The co-workers were good. The hardest part of the job was to travel long kilometers and come back with no deal signed and not even a prospect and also not to reach your target. The most enjoyable part of the job was travelling part where you will have to go to other towns or provinces.

i learned how to handle clients problem how to convince client to be attracted with my product and letting them know how important is the product that i have. The management was good and the helped us more in our job by training us in monthly basis. We work hand in hand with them giving each other some techniques When I make an appointment and the manager refuse to give me and when I go to the field I find that the manager did not inform their staff member and you return back not seeing anyone. When I work very well and payday.
