A great company culture that allows for entrepreneurial thinking with great support from peers and colleagues. The company is focused on growing in their sector and supports employees to develop different skills that will allow them to contribute to innovative thinking that will deliver on sustainable growth. The most enjoyable part of the job was working collaboratively to find solutions to business problems that will allow new ways to deal with competitor and market challenges.

Challenging and interesting part about working at the garage as a cashier is at lunch time and rush hour as it gets very busy and you have to make sure customers don't wait long on a que that means you have to be very fast at scanning and packing.
That's where I descovered that I am good working with people and where I learned about customer service , merchandising and to do stock taking I really enjoyed working there meeting new people every day and giving the best service
In some days she would force staff to work long hours due to other staff members absence .
