BP takes care of its workers by making sure the uniform is up to standard and they pay fair salary, I would recommend BP to job seekers. It's a professional garage

A great company culture that allows for entrepreneurial thinking with great support from peers and colleagues. The company is focused on growing in their sector and supports employees to develop different skills that will allow them to contribute to innovative thinking that will deliver on sustainable growth. The most enjoyable part of the job was working collaboratively to find solutions to business problems that will allow new ways to deal with competitor and market challenges.
Work Life Balance
Decision Making sometimes long and drawn out
Challenging and interesting part about working at the garage as a cashier is at lunch time and rush hour as it gets very busy and you have to make sure customers don't wait long on a que that means you have to be very fast at scanning and packing.
British petroleum(BP) is the best fuel garage, because it requires hundred percent Excellency and the management makes sure that workers meet the customer satisfaction.
Management was not professional in handling situations she was more confrontational she shouted at staff all the time
In some days she would force staff to work long hours due to other staff members absence . But I didn't care much because wanted a new opportunity where I could learn new things and grow my career, but also where I could work more directly with people.
