Barila come Azienda è molto preciso e affidabile con i dipendenti. Solo ché per avere un contratto come tempo indeterminato non è facile, ma comunque un azienda molto importante con un lavoro molto interessante.

travail à la chaîne où il faut suivre la cadence imposée .horaires en 3x8planning à l'année mais variable chaque semaineambiance différente selon les équipesla rémunération mensuelle est correcte grâce aux primes mais le taux horaire est proche du smic.

always short staffed, high employee turn over, need to raise the pay scale, working 12 1/2 hours shifts and every other weekend, only a higher pay scale may possibly help to keep employees, no benefit for longevity! eliminate flexible schedules for 12 hour employees, counter productive and decreases morale among those that work the full shift!

Poor management since some promotions. Employees are overworked, the turn over rate is high. They do have great benefits, but they hire and fire people more than any job I’ve ever been employed at. HR department always made me feel worse when I left.

Long days/Nights hard to keep a good work/life balance

Your day starts at either 7 am or 7 pm and you normally work a 12 and a half hour day. Most of the day you are standing loading packaging materials on the machine. Can make for a long day. Just like any work place, there are great people in management and some not so great. Overall its a Ok place to work.

Pros

Days off in the middle of the week for doctors appointments.

Cons

Working every other weekend. Tough schedule with a young family.

Management does not make fair decisions, and of course the politics of the job or culture comes out. People there will stab you in the back. Had to fight with human resource for the benefits I was to receive automatically, they become very resentful when you ask about receiving the benefits you were promised at the beginning. When they want you gone they think up something you allegedly did two months ago and bring it up when you don’t remember what you did yesterday.

Un esperienza da ripetere senza ombra di dubbio, peccato per la sua stagionalità circa 30 mesi ho imparato moltissimo è un campo che mi affascina i ruoli che ho svolto sono stati svariati e non 1 solo giorno di malattia...disponibilità estrema..peccato non essere rientrato nelle assunzioni del momento.
