Good fellowship

Beatrix has a good fellowship feeling with in iys company. The fellow workers always help each other out and lend helping hands. Even across jobs and work responsibilitys

Challenging productive work fun and rewarding well when all is well.

The day started early and finished late afternoon. It included meetings followed by underground visits and meetings before end of shift. To be productive one needs to have a dedicated team that can walk an extra mile. That i build by the leader of the section. Management was doing their utmost to help the team though at times felt offended.Coworkers worked as a team. There was a big team spirit which solved many problems bought victory. Having no labor was a very big challenge. Absenteeism and sickness hitted hard. When goodies are delivered every one smiled twice.When presenting and at the bank.

Hours were reasonable.Long when targets of the day were not met trying to make up.

The company is productive, but not enough to pay employees

The job i do is always interesting as it gives new challenges on a daily basis. I learned a lot in working with different kinds of people. The hardest part of my job is when i have shortage of labour especially loco drivers who supposed to do the job.

beatrix is a productive and fun place to work most of the people are team players.the benefits and intensives are good. we had a lot of work. I learned a lot from my fellow workers such as boiler making. the hardest part sometimes was to fix some of the loco's that needed to be replaced and the convey-er belts

typical day at work is when doing same brakedown everyday,i learned how to be patient .also to plan for every job before execution.respect co workers even if they are wrong .the most hardest day at ork is when working more tha 18 hours not finding the solution.the most enjoyable is whe ding the job according to the plananed adhering to OHS

it was very hard at times but we were able to archive our goals though

as i said before, i take every working day as typical ,and i learned to work under pressure ander under tight management,I worked with co-workers with different level of understanding but it was not a problem working with them,infact i enjoyed working with them.The hardest part was trying to understand different types of languages but i ended up enjoying it because we would mix different types of languages when communicating.
