Productive, good team work
Good company to work for, caring about its people and environment. Strict but fair. The company care about giving its people the required training to ensure that they are capable to do their job efficiently. The work environment were ergonomically friendly and good support from most of managment towards employees.

Demanding and Challenging
Working according to instructions from supervisor and SOP's. Operating Opencast EME's and managing people. The management was very poor, lacked vison and transformation.
