Productive,interactive team effort relaxed working place
Best company ive ever worked for in my entire life,how i wish it could have stayed in South Africa ,Metalloys to be precise pity it had to go to Aussie but it was lovely working there with best culture,fun family days that we've never seen,appreciation tokens with you came up with helping/improving ideas about safety/environment. Good place.
Your adaptability and interpersonal skills will serve you good if you use them. Very diverse people....the culture during my tenure was very good and I had a good management support. Things may probably have changed over the years but overall was a good companty to work for.

Productive, good team work
Good company to work for, caring about its people and environment. Strict but fair. The company care about giving its people the required training to ensure that they are capable to do their job efficiently. The work environment were ergonomically friendly and good support from most of managment towards employees.
