Your adaptability and interpersonal skills will serve you good if you use them. Very diverse people....the culture during my tenure was very good and I had a good management support. Things may probably have changed over the years but overall was a good companty to work for.
Good company to work for, caring about its people and environment. Strict but fair. The company care about giving its people the required training to ensure that they are capable to do their job efficiently. The work environment were ergonomically friendly and good support from most of managment towards employees.
No company medical contributions

I was blessed to be part of the bhp billiton Family . It was really high standards of management specially in maintenance.. how to do the SOPs, planning your preventive maintenance.. handling suppliers and contractors... The way safety was a culture . Really was amazing
The company was on a infancy stage with SAP system, with my knowledge of SAP, I was able to take the company to the next level, I enjoyed working at SABC with different people and different dynamics, I was able to assist the company when it was cash scraped by implementing some changes which led the company to the stable phase, I can go back to this company should the opportunity arise
Very harmonious place to work
Safety and production quality processes were highly stressed and encouraged to follow for the best results and high volume production. Team building and working as a team was also the main cause of success
A typical day started at 07:30 and ended at 16:00. During the week we would have a team meeting on Monday to catch up and discuss work for the week. During these meetings we would have coaching opportunities and present a specific topic relation to your work. I've learned quite a lot about Commodity Management and Contract Management. I also had the opportunity to travel a lot. We were a close knit family that cared about every team member's well being.
Getting bonus when meeting our monthly targets Flexible shift hours and I enjoy working two days day shift for 12 hours and quick change that lead me working two days night shift then four days off
Free soft cold drinks and chickens
I started here as an Apprentice in 2010 through an Artisan Pipeline project and went through to obtain my Red Seal in 2014. I had a very good experience at this company.
Working time is very respectable as time management. Time management and planning for the day is critical. Implementation of the leadership skills and team building. Ensure organizing and checking whether your plan was implementable or not, and if not need be checking back of what went wrong and what can i do to ensure that the same mistake does not repeat themselves.
