Training Consultant (Former Employee) - Midrand, Gauteng
Working at bidvest prestige has given me an opportunity to showcase my skills in training and development, I was based under Topturf region since I studied landscape which is what the region deals with on a day-to-day basis. I learned on how to facilitate and I assessor and moderator courses during the course of my employment with them which I am still awaiting accreditation number from seta.
Pros
Fun with colleagues
Cons
Not everyone is interested in training and development
