My working experience in Bitvest Protea coin group was outstanding I enjoyed working and I believe I learnt a lot there and gain lot of experience.

Working at this establishment was eye opener I think I grow at what I know.it was fun and educational because I learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience in that field if I can get another opportunity to work there I would gladly accept it with open arms.The management was good and the working environment was exquisite.we know what team work means as we grow each other.

At first they professionally wellcome u. Provide u with full two sets of uniform for free and guaranteed for change after 12 months. Provide u with a site roster. Taking and introduce u to the client. Get all an employee must get in South Africa. And finally get well paid.

I think it fine when I got hired. The problem is middle management. Most of the time they shows unprofessionalism when they solve problems.especially the site they deploy us, they most of time shows favouritism and segregation towards guards.
