Energetic and Fast paced

A typical day at work was once you arrive it was system full steam. Target and KPI are agreed and distributed accordingly for each department . Workforce briefing on KPI / Targets and HSE .. Stock Management briefing for agreed targets are applied and overstocks from previous day investigated and returned to sectors. Stock picked packed and shipped throughout the day . Evenings briefings on daily challenges and status reviews . Plans for following days and work ends at 5pm Learning Outcome : No two days alike , overcome challenges by dealing with them immediately and never leave challenge incomplete. Work Culture : Everybody minds their business and work orientated. Hardest : Not completing set targets in the required time frame Enjoyed. Team spirit..
