Overworked and underpaid
Administration (Current Employee) - Kempton Park, Gauteng - 18 May 2021
If you enjoy peace of mind rather go somewhere else. Your skills and experience mean nothing and you won’t be appreciated for it. Only those known to management progress and are treated like golden eggs. They do very little work and never get reprimanded for it, instead those who do the real work will get the blame.
Pros
None
Cons
Nepotism, toxic management and no concern for process and rules. Managers hire their own

Good management and good people to work with. Although sometimes we don't do lunch because we are busy especially month end.most annoying time is January because people don't have money.
