OPS graduate trainee at boxer, would only recommend as something to do for a few months as it’s long hours with little to no over time pay.

Fun working Place but Work hard n fast

Good and fun work place

I enjoyed working at boxer there were no difficulties, they treated me very well but I was getting very tired after work because I was going to work very ealy in the morning and go home late.

boxer had lot off work an

We had to work overtime for three days and short lunch 15min lunch so you hard to work over your enegry and management was not friendly at all and they had there favorites

I like to be a cashier because I communicate with people

Stop chatting while you are working, do your job very good. I came early every morning and I make sure that I am the one who is the last person going to home.

Fun Workplace

Some days were very stressful because of the salary.I learned how to be a good packer. The way we did the daily work was not different. We had good moments when the manager would call off the day shortly and give us some time to enjoy our salary.

I have learnt so much, things resemble, how to communicate well with customers. Also known how to apply appearance on customers and keep them happy.

Boxer superstore company offer different opportunities to its employees and also have a great customer service. Also give people a chance to grow as an individual person. It helps to gain retail experience, and educate employees by giving the opportunities to have questions qualifications in other departments within the store.

It was a productive and fun working environment

Here I acquired the skill of working selflessly and devoting myself to what I do. I also learnt the value of punctuality in the field of work. With people flooding in and out now and again, I had to develop the skill of working under pressure and racing against time in everything I touch.

Amazing and challenging

Boxer was a good company to work for. Management style very professionals, and I have learned to work with different people, customer services, continuous improvement and excellence in all we do.The hardest part of the job I can say it was only month end when we run out of stock and customers were complaining, and the most enjoyable part it was when I change the Morning shift to Afternoon, I start with more energy .
