BAT is a fun company but one has to work hard to enjoy the fun in the company. As an employee you are given adequate training and sufficient support ,The communication channels are open and information is sent down to employees on time and everyone is given an opportunity to ask questions for clarity.

Managed sales reps, 10 in total. Played part in the roll out of the route-to-market strategy. Very pergormance driven culture, woth committed employees.

This was one of best company's i have worked for i would still be there today had it not been for the new direction they have choose. in accordance to there starting times in the morning.Great product great people and Great business training.
I have nothing bad to say about them i really enjoyed my time with them..
