Fast Paced & Collaborative Work Environment
Marketing Manager (Current Employee) - Stellenbosch, Western Cape - 15 September 2022
CAB Foods is a family run business, with open plan offices at the head office. This allows for easy inter-departmental collaboration. There are often celebrations and product tastings to be done.

Fast-paced FMCG, innovative environment
Manager (Current Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 24 August 2022
The company is based on a set value system. More than 80% of our staff have been with the company for 3years or more. Everyone drives innovation and work well together as a team and that makes personal growth amazing. You need to have a heart for the brand!

Retail
Store Manager (Former Employee) - Worcester, MA - 4 April 2022
Great company to work for.. Just communicate. There's no pension fund. But they do look after their staff, by giving loans and staff account. We got yearly increases.

Not a great place or company to work for
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Worcester, Western Cape - 20 July 2021
Typical day at work starts of with stocktake, I have learned to multi task ,management is the worst you can ever imagine, they need a lot of training in retail operations, the hardest part of my job was to stay positive everything I am getting critized and the most enjoyable part was the customer everyday, I will never encourage people to go work there as they don't value their personnel and you work hard for me little money

None
Cons
44.5hours weekly and no company benefits, no overtime even if you left 30min after closing time

working at very small business but gets very busy at the shop. there is different departments so you have to think on your feet and work hand in hand with your team players. we very understaff so you have to work harder as individual. I enjoy the workplace as you learn each and every day.
