I Loved working for the company. I have gained an excellent knowledge and experience working with the team. I would like to apply for any available positions within the company, why because I became a part of the Spice team. I would recommend anyone to apply who fits the criteria.
This company consists of unprofessional, unethical people. A whole bunch of politics as well which I will not go into detail. Their process and way of working is not streamlined and the managers are not qualified to offer the guidance one needs so its difficult to learn and grow even if you wanted to.
Fast paced environment and very pressurized. Learning curve is very good and you learn fast. Management no empathy(entry to top level management) Diverse staff (most enjoyable part of job - learn a lot from fellow colleagues) Hardest part of job is management can be unreasonable
Very extensive and fast learning curve
Long hours and low salary/wage structure for duties you performing

Staff well being is very low on the priority list.....unless you part of a certain management group. Management has absolutely no empathy towards staff..... Senior management has no idea who middle management is.....if they did them maybe they just don't know how to greet or speak to people
staff has to stand together
mid managment... devided as everyone is so busy fighting to keep their jobs
Fast paced FMCG enviroment. Exporting findished product at the right quality and ensuring ouyr imported raw materials are of the highest standard. Managment lots to learn as this company was started as a small self contained production enviroment and has grown tremendously. Co workers always something new to learn everyday.
The learning curve and dealing with different cultures
Long Hours needed
