I would as a term but the environment was great. The management was reasonable and a they promoted growth for permanent staff. Knowing some of the requirements for the students to qualify, helped to encourage those i see at church and community to study hard and apply in time.

When the university opens a lot of students flock in to apply for place and some registering. We had to make sure that their applications are captured on time and that accurate information is recorded. this has been easy as we had all the resources we needed. Management also made sure that our work goes smoothly. The only challenge was when we have missing information and we are not able to allocate or retrieve
Im always punctual I get here at past seven but I only start at 8.I assist students who are here as I get in great all my co-workers as they come in.Open the cubical and counter at 8.Management have thought to do what is expected from me follow rules and you wont go wrong.Always give your best.People have different ways and we got to know each others ways and manice over these few months but I treat everyone the same.We always work the hardest the last day of applications.I enjoy it when students understand what I explain to them and walk away happy
Have not been working the CPUT long, but i loved the environment the staff are more like family, we had fun but worked very hard as well. The hardest part of my job would be when i could not help a student because maybe their situation or or the problem is beyond my control and i loved it when putting a smile on their faces.
going home early on fridays
working during tea breaks or lunch breaks
