Capital Outsourcing group it was a recruitment agency where I started gaining work experience at edcon. Part time we were called in and off work as in if the company's workload is less we were laid off till a time period will be called I would yes it has its challenges yet I got the experience I wanted in the warehousing and distribution sector.

I have enjoyed my time with Capital outsourcing. More especially friday lunch with staff

They need to do more for workers.

What can say they put you in many companies to work to. The money you get tjoo it to small, But you have to work hard face the challenges . sometimes you work the whole week, sometimes only 2/3 days a week. I never ever worked for a month there.And I started there it was R6 per hour. It do painful shame. But I had to nothing to do do I can put something on a table.

Capital outsourcing group

I used to working from Monday to Friday at 7am to 5pm and it was awesome being part of capital outsourcing group member, what I enjoyed the most is we working together as teams and help each others make sure everybody are happy doesn't matter about skin colours we all feel welcome and loved. But there is also too much work, pressure and stressful when it comes to deadlines

Management

They don't care about their workers, tou don't get working equipment on time, we didn't get PPE on time. They didn't want us to join Unions. If you raise issues they don't take actions.

Good productivity

I was working as a pocket n packet of goods from receiving to despatch and doing general work till I obtain the fork lift licence to work with under them.

Productivity is not a problem for them and they are very good at keeping work on safety

To work for capital outsourcing group was very much appreciated and I thank them for the opportunity that I had with the team and I all the work was very kind they teach me work so easily

It's fine but salary it's up n down

We where working seasonally the agent was good but the problem was we where working with the product n we have not received any medical test oh maybe something to keep our self health even medical card n better salary

Productive

Taking down the headcounts for the day and ensuring that all employees are present in their full PPE. Following the employees day to day performance. Always had to report to client and laise with the client on behalf of the company.

productive but depents on which side did they place you

Not to say much on that one. I had a nice time there.people from cars welcomed me with warm hands and tought me whatever i needed to know. I wish one day cars and capital can work together again

Unstable at times

Getting assigned to a post or company often new inductions(forever getting re-assigned) daily targets depending on post Always Learning new things and working with new tools. hardest part is waiting for the next job if post was short term. staff is forever changing

Great clients and learning curve

Not going to elaborate on this one too much, but I did learn a lot from this job. The clients were great, but the managment at the time was very challenging to work with.

This was my first job I worked in the warehouse I learned to work with a team, The company was productive I worked with different races I coped well

As this was my first job and working with different people I was afraid of course but I was surprised to cope well and work perfectly as a team. The management always engaged to our daily activities that's what makes the company more productive
