weighbridge clerk (Former Employee) - Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal - 21 February 2020
They don't care about their workers, tou don't get working equipment on time, we didn't get PPE on time. They didn't want us to join Unions. If you raise issues they don't take actions.

productive and rewardind
Site Agent (Current Employee) - Johannesburg - 30 July 2012
I come in at 07:45 to have a chat with the employees. then check registers in every deparment, solve problem if any in all deparments. Then do a daily absenteeism report to the CEO of the site( Be-tabs pharmaceuticals). I Learned to be patient as people might hear the same massage but have the same understanding. also learned to firm in terms of disciplinary. Hardest part is to demobilise people from the site not because they did not comply with the co.policy but because of work shortage.Enjoyable part is when employyes are happy to see you and appreciate effords been made in terms of thei salary increase etc
Pros
braais in every 2months
Cons
salary not satisfactory
