Fun workplace with fun employees
Front Desk Receptionist (Former Employee) - Pretoria, Gauteng - 10 October 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe place is interesting as its a culinary studio so working in an enevironment that has studios was fun. However the staff is not really supportive at first and there is not much teamwork.

Dreadful
Senior Head Chef (Former Employee) - Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape - 13 August 2019
I was good enough to do the job until they finished using you. Then they can hardly give you a good reference. But I had a lawyer on my side. I won my discipliner hearing. But still, the suffer to do the right thing.

Demanding work environment
Customer Information & Relations Consultant (Former Employee) - Salt River, Western Cape - 20 December 2018
Following up with student applications telephonically and via email.
I learned how to successful close deals on getting students applied to campus.
The Management strict
The workplace lacked motivation
The hardest part of the job was having to constantly contact potential students who don't answer their phones or emails after they put in a request for application to pay their fees before cutoff dates.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the satisfaction of closing big deals for applicants for the campus.

good teamwork
Receptionist/Admin (Former Employee) - Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape - 19 September 2016
I have learnt a lot about filing and how to deal with criticism. I enjoyed working with the clients and assisting the students as well. I have made quite a few mistakes at work when I was still new but I improved my work skills by learning something new each day. I handled customer queries very well and I received a compliment from the manager about that.
Pros
meeting new people
Cons
dealing with furious customers

Customer Information and Relations Consultant (Current Employee) - Cape Town, WC - 5 December 2014
Since I have started here everyone here has been nice to me and thoroughly explained to me my job description and what I should accomplish. I have no issues with this company. They have showed me things that I haven't dealt with before and showed me how to deal with it.
I learn a lot from them, however, my passion is to work in the Information Technology environment because that is what I studied for.
Pros
Flexible lunch and break hours
Cons
