A typical day at work is when you make sales on small items and when is quiet and not busy at all I have learned to be patient with customers and to go extra mile to make the customer happy with the product they need or buy management was always motivating us with incentives for the day if we reach certain sales the hardest part of the job is dealing with a difficult customer the most enjoyable part of the job is when you made enough sales and when the customer is happy with your customer service
we only receive free lunch on certain days when we reached our target for the day
working long hours you get used to it though is tiring
Long hours but its worth it becuase you learn to communicate in languages and to find out what customers are looking for. Working there gave me convidence to communicate with customers find out about their intrest and looking forward to working the next day
Cash Crusaders is a good foundation to learn all about sales and developing skills..The working hours is demanding but overall it's a good experience..Cash Crusaders gives the best training and treats their staff fairly..It opens doors to many oppertunities and gives you the ability to work in any sales environment..It gets challenging as it is a target driven company however it motivates you more than anything else..It's a vibrant and positive place only if you make it that way for others and yourself..It's a money making business so the harder you work the better your salary might be..Best to always serve customers well so they can have a good shopping experience..The buy shop is the heart of the business..Also a good department to learn and understand the business more.More than anything else Cash Crusaders is a good place to work

I'm well organized I can work alone and part of a team.I'm focused and I follow instructions to detail.I'm time orientated.I Take my job serious.managers have poor time ⌚ keeping I'm everyday early BT have to sit and wait in front of door everyday...
The day begins with counting stock, doing a floor walk and attempting to get the staff to actually listen to the provided training. Then we get our cash floats and open the doors. I spend a portion of the morning making sure that the Cash Crusaders merchandising rules have been applied throughout the stores general layout (to the best of my ability). I then move back to the cash desk, hand out duties to staff members. For most of the day I will remain behind the counter to assist customers. On most days our duties may vary from doing stock takes to capturing new stock or handling customer complaints and inquiries etc. The hardest part of the job is with customer service and staff behavior. Staff procrastinate to do work they are given to do by the managers for prolonged periods of time despite having written warnings. Their attitude and general business etiquette is lacking. Many have a general disregard for company policy, and this can very badly affect our relationship with people in the community, which in turn makes customer service a lot more challenging to address.
Training is given on the position you are hired for.
Long hours, 4 days off a month, low salary.
I believe that 99% of the time we spend at our workplaces ,and so that means each must come to work and do what He gets for.
Happy employees produce good results, it's always Good to treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Professionalism and respect are the master key to every situation.
crediting your employees for the job done is the best thing an employer could do.
long hours are great if you are getting for.
Busy environment that requires one to always be attentive. Product knowledge is a must as customers are always inquisitive. The success of the store depends on team work and reaching the target is essential for personal incentive.
Exposure to people's needs in society
Long hours - no overtime pay
I started as a sales lady, and when I left the company to go on maternity leave I was the Cashier. Helping Customers every day going that extra few steps ensuring that the customer will come back a second time due to your good customer services. Hardest was when the shop was full of customers and you had to help en demo items and ensure that no theft happens. The team work between colleagues was the enjoyable part.
